Services
Take advantage of a wide range of services offered at no cost to you:
- Counseling: Up to 6 face-to-face or video-based sessions with a local counselor.
- Legal Assistance: 30-minute consultation with an attorney, either in person or by phone. (Please note that employment-related legal issues are not covered).
- Financial Consultation: 30-minute phone consultation with a specialist on topics like debt counseling or retirement planning.
- Parenting Resources: Referrals for childcare providers, before and after school programs, camps, adoption organizations, child development, prenatal care, and more.
- Eldercare Resources: Referrals for home health agencies, assisted living facilities, social and recreational programs, and long-distance caregiving.
- Pet Care: Referrals for pet sitting, obedience training, veterinarians, and pet stores.
- Identity Theft: 60-minute consultation with a fraud resolution specialist.
Wellness Workshops
Access web-based wellness workshops, including yoga, pilates, mindfulness and more.
EAP Webcast Seminars
Participate in one-hour wellness webcast seminars on topics such as emotional well-being, family matters, financial health, health and wellness, stress management, and personal development.
