Starting January 1, you can enroll directly with MetLife for pet insurance. Get a quote for your pet(s) to choose the coverage that’s right for you.

Here’s how it works:

1. Choose Your Coverage: Select a plan that fits your needs
2. Download the App: Get the MetLife mobile app for easy access
3. Visit Any Vet: Use any U.S.-licensed veterinarian or emergency clinic
4. Submit Claims: Pay the bill within 90 days and submit your claim to MetLife via their mobile app, online portal, email, fax or mail
5. Get Reimbursed: Receive a percentage of your claim amount by check or direct deposit if the claim expense is covered under your policy
