The theme of the 2022 Women’s Leadership Conference was 125 Years of Women in Leadership, in honor of the University’s milestone anniversary. The hybrid event was viewed virtually and in-person at our newly renovated Ruth S. Harley University Center.

COVID-19 Protocols

  1. Students, faculty, and staff accessing any of Adelphi’s campuses must continue to complete the daily health screening using our Adelphi University mobile app.
  2. Visitors should self-screen for symptoms and/or exposure prior to arrival on-campus. Those with risk factors should refrain from coming to campus.

Adelphi University welcomed more than 350 participants at its fifth annual Women's Leadership Conference on Saturday, March 26. The day of learning, empowerment and career networking was held in the newly renovated Ruth S. Harley University Center on Adelphi's Garden City, New York, campus.
