School of Social Work Real Cases Project Faculty Feedback Survey

Dear Faculty Member,

Thank you for your interest and use of our teaching guide to incorporate the Curriculum Project Case Study in your course this semester. As noted in the guide, by incorporating suggested teaching strategies in your class, you have entered into a contract to evaluate its use. Your responses will help us further develop this educational effort. Our evaluation plan includes two instruments. The first is this Faculty Feedback Sheet and the second is the attached Student Feedback Sheet, which should be duplicated and distributed to all students at the end of this semester.
