The Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) employs an All-Hazards Approach, focusing on Mitigation, Preparedness, Response, and Recovery to effectively manage diverse emergencies.

We believe that the best way to tackle the challenges of emergencies is through preparedness and by working together with our campus community and local partners. Our Emergency Operations Plan (EOP) continues to be a fluid guide that we regularly update and improve. We are constantly rethinking and refining and therefore is a working guide– proof positive that public safety, and the University, can adapt and evolve to mitigate hazards, incidents, or events.
