Earn your Doctor of Dental Surgery degree in just seven years in our joint program with one of the nation’s top dental schools—New York University’s College of Dentistry. Our 3+4 BS/DDS Early Assurance Program lets you spend three years at Adelphi, where you’ll get your Bachelor of Science, bolstered by special courses in biology and anthropology designed for students who plan to study dentistry. Then you’ll enter NYU’s renowned dental program to earn your professional degree.
Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) School of Dental Medicine
Get early acceptance to dental school, then spend a full four years at Adelphi. Our 4+4 Bachelor’s/DDM Early Acceptance Program with the LECOM School of Dental Medicine gives you the best of both worlds, including four years of dental school in Florida.
Engineering
Columbia University Foundation School of Engineering and Applied Science
Get a BA from Adelphi in three years through the 3+2 BA/BS Combined Program by completing the major requirements for a liberal arts degree along with pre-engineering courses. By the end of your junior year, if you meet requirements you’ll be considered for the program to pursue two years of study for a BS in Engineering from Columbia University.

Earn your bachelor’s and a law degree in just six years through our joint program with the oldest independent law school in North America.
In our 3+3 bachelor’s program or the JD Guaranteed Conditional Admission Program, you’ll be awarded your bachelor’s degree after one year at Albany Law School, followed two years later by your law degree.

Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine (PCOM)
Spend a full four years of undergraduate study at Adelphi before moving on to Philadelphia to attain your Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree through our 4+4 Bachelors and DO Preferred Admissions Program.
Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM)
Get your Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree in as little as seven years through our joint program with the nation’s largest medical college. Our 3+4 and 4+4 Bachelors and DO early admission programs with Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine are the quickest ways to attain a DO. With the 3+4 program, you’ll spend three years at Adelphi, then move on to Lake Erie’s campus in Erie, Pennsylvania, for four years of medical study
New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine (NYITCOM)
Pathway to medical school: The 3+4 (or 4+4) Admissions Early Interview Program at the NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine was established in 1977 and trains osteopathic physicians for a lifetime of learning and practice. The school is located in Old Westbury, New York, with an additional campus in Jonesboro, Arkansas. Students will earn a BA or BS degree from Adelphi University and a Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO) from NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Optometry
Optometrists treat a variety of visual conditions, including glaucoma and corneal abrasions, and help detect systemic diseases like hypertension and diabetes. If your goal is to become an optometrist, you can obtain your Doctor of Optometry degree in just seven years through our program.
SUNY College of Optometry
Located in Midtown Manhattan, the State University of New York College of Optometry provides a complete education in the basic biological and vision sciences. Patient care begins early in the program, with increasing responsibilities through all four years of the 3+4 bachelor’s and OD joint degree programs at the University Eye Center and in externships around the country and abroad.
We work closely with the SUNY College of Optometry to select students for the program. At the end of your junior year, you’ll enter the SUNY College of Optometry.
Pharmaceutical Studies
Albany College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences
Get your Doctor of Pharmacy degree from one of the oldest colleges of pharmacy in the country.
Our 3-4/3-3 bachelor’s and PharmD joint degree program allows you to receive a BS in Biology from Adelphi and a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the Albany College of Pharmacy in seven years, or in six years with the three-year accelerated program.
University at Buffalo School of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences
Get your Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the top-ranked school of pharmacy in New York state, an institution with a national reputation for innovation in clinical practice and research.
Our collaborative 4+4 bachelor’s and PharmD joint degree program allows you to apply to the University at Buffalo when applying to Adelphi or during the first three years of undergraduate study. Under some circumstances, you may be able to shorten your time at Adelphi to three years.
Physical Therapy
New York Medical College
Apply during the spring of your junior year and secure your spot in the outstanding program located in New York’s Westchester County. With flexible course prerequisites, New York Medical College accepts students from a wide variety of majors.
Earn your Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in three years in our 4+3 and DPT Early Acceptance Program. You’ll benefit from small tutorial groups, lectures and structured laboratory experiences that include working with patients.
New York Institute of Technology
Reserve your place in a top physical therapy program at the beginning of your junior year at Adelphi through our 4+3 BS and DPT Early Decision Program with the New York Institute of Technology, located in Old Westbury, New York.

New York College of Podiatric Medicine
Prepare for a career in podiatry in just seven years through our 3+4 BS/DPM Early Assurance Program with a 90-year-old institution located in Upper Manhattan.
The New York College of Podiatric Medicine (NYCPM) is a leader in advancing knowledge about the treatment of foot disorders. Affiliated with the Foot Center of New York, it provides a thoroughly comprehensive training experience. Earn your Doctor of Podiatric Medicine at NYCPM and you’ll learn the very latest surgical techniques and how to treat wounds and orthopedic conditions.
Veterinary Medicine
Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine
Learn to provide care for animals in our joint 4+4 Bachelor’s/DVM Articulation Program with Ross University. Located on the island of St. Kitts in the Caribbean, Ross University is accredited by the American Veterinary Medical Association Council on Education, qualifying you to practice in the United States.
