- One professional letter of reference, preferably from either an employer or practicum instructor in a K-12 setting
- Provisional or permanent NYS School Social Work Certificate

Application Requirements
Candidates for this post-master’s certificate bilingual school social work will be required to pass the Bilingual Education Assessment (BEA) and show satisfaction of the New York State Education Department workshop requirements in Child Abuse Identification and Mandated Reporting, Violence Prevention (SAVE) and Dignity for All Students Act (DASA).
