In this program, you’ll work in the studio, mix and edit music, record live performances, and build historic instruments, all under the guidance of world-class faculty mentors. The minor culminates in an independent study with a faculty member, allowing you to develop and execute your own unique creative vision.
Beyond a range of opportunities to refine your own musical abilities—such as solo and ensemble performances in Adelphi’s Concert Hall and Recital Hall—and to collaborate with guest artists, you’ll be encouraged to take advantage of Adelphi’s close proximity to New York City.
