Welcome to the One-Stop Student Services Center– we are here for you.

Our team is here to help you with the business of being a student — from class registration, financial aid, billing and payments

Here are helpful tips and resources to get you ready for  the Spring Semester!

Access your tuition bill through the ‘Billing’ section in CLASS. Here you can review your statements closely through “My Monthly Statements” and “My Current Account Activity” to ensure accuracy.

Check out our tutorial to gain a better understanding of how to read your Adelphi tuition bill:

Review and make edits to your personal information on your student profile. You can choose to specify your name, pronouns, gender identity, and sexual orientation. This is also a good opportunity to ensure that your cell phone number is correct so that you can receive important information from Adelphi.

Adelphi offers a variety of options for students and families to pay their bill. Payment can be made online via CLASS, by mail, online via Flywire (for International students) or in person.

Know someone who would like to help you pay your bill? Invite them to have access to make a payment on your behalf (via CLASS).

In partnership with Transact, we  offer convenient, interest-free payment plans on a semester basis to assist students with managing the cost of their education each term.

BankMobile is a platform Adelphi University uses to offer flexible refund options. With BankMobile, you decide how to receive any refunds you may be entitled to. Either choose to have funds deposited into an existing account or a BankMobile Vibe checking account.

Please see the Academic Calendar for the deadline. Courses can be added online via CLASS or by submitting a schedule form to the Office of the Registrar. Courses can be dropped online (within the drop-date deadline), or students can submit a schedule form to One-Stop Student Services Center. Please be aware that changes to your enrollment status (full-time, part-time, withdrawn, etc.) may affect your tuition and/or financial aid eligibility.

Housing

Make the most of your college experience by living on campus. Learn more about Applying for Housing and view Housing Costs for pricing.

Meal Plans

The Dine + Connect meal plan provides full-time commuter students $250 Panther Dollars each semester for your first three years. Using just your student ID, you’ll be able to buy snacks, beverages, Starbucks and full meals anywhere on campus, sales-tax-free. Anyone choosing to opt-out must do so by the established deadlines.

Your College Financing Plan is not a bill. It is a detailed overview of your estimated cost of attendance and your financial aid for one year at Adelphi University. See the video below for more information.

When managed correctly, an educational loan can be an invaluable tool in financing your Adelphi education. Since all loans must be repaid, you should explore all of your options and only borrow what you absolutely need.

All new student Federal Direct loan borrowers must complete an electronic master promissory note (MPN) and an entrance counseling session at studentaid.gov to have the loan funds credited to their account.

The MPN is a legal document in which you promise to repay your loan(s) and any accrued interest and fees to the U.S. Department of Education. It also explains the terms and conditions of your loan(s). Students can borrow additional Direct Loans on a single MPN for up to 10 years.

During the entrance counseling session, students will cover the terms of the loan as well as their rights and responsibilities when borrowing from the Federal Direct Loan programs.

Looking to Cancel your Federal Direct Loan Eligibility?

To cancel your Federal Direct Loan(s) for the academic year, you must log into your eCampus account. Select CLASS, then click on “My Financial Aid”, select the correct corresponding year, then “Loans”. This online selection may only be completed once, so take your time to make your selection(s).

Federal Work Study (FWS) is a federal program offered and administered by Adelphi University that provides opportunity for part-time employment to students with financial need to help pay for educational expenses. FWS is awarded to students based on their financial aid eligibility. It is not a grant, as you must work to earn it.

Students who are not awarded FWS may still pursue campus employment (CE) during their time at Adelphi. For more information regarding working on-campus, please visit the Center for Career and Professional Development.

Health Insurance is mandatory for all residential and international students.

Students may elect to waive the school insurance if they have comparable coverage that is active. All students must provide proof of their coverage when requesting a waiver (deadlines do apply).

Learn how to apply for graduation and obtain your degree and diploma. Ensure a smooth path to graduation by registering via MarchingOrder on time and understanding important dates.

Access information about your student record and order a copy of your transcript.

Adelphi requires the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA) to be considered for institutional grants, state, and federal aid. The school code is 002666. First create an FSA ID then submit the FAFSA using your and your family’s financial information to determine eligibility for need-based financial aid.

New York State residents should complete the New York State Tuition Assistance Program (TAP) application at hesc.ny.gov. You’ll also see a link on your FAFSA confirmation page to the TAP application. Adelphi’s TAP school code is 0010.

Following submission of your FAFSA, additional documentation may be requested. It’s important to respond promptly to requests for information to maximize the aid available.

Adelphi University is committed to protecting the privacy of student records and notifying students of their rights. Learn more about FERPA.
