Juniors Jessica Kitrys and Sade Jackson enter the Adelphi record books for career points and career assists.

In Adelphi’s win against American International College, two members of the women’s basketball rewrote the record books. With 36 points, junior Jessica Kitrys tied the program single-game scoring record, set in 1992 by Kellie Dunlay ’99, M.A. ’09. This mark also propelled her over 1,000 career points, making her the 20th player in Adelphi history to accomplish such a feat. Junior Sade Jackson also had a memorable game, becoming Adelphi’s single-season record holder in assists with 159, breaking Jeanne Miller’s ’90 previous record of 158, set during the 1989–1990 season. Less than two weeks later, Ms. Jackson broke Adelphi’s career assist record with her 403rd dime, breaking the previous record set by Jen Bille ’94.
