Both of these individuals come to us with tremendous enthusiasm and experience, filling critical roles in service to our departments and colleagues.
Bobbie Dell’Aquilo
Bobbie Dell’Aquilo joins us following her role as executive director of strategic communications at New York Institute of Technology. She will lead our internal and external communications strategies, driving alignment of messaging, best practices in outreach, and expanded public relations and social media success. Bobbie brings with her more than 15 years of higher education expertise in thought leadership, executive communications, recruitment marketing, crisis management, public relations and integrated communications.
John Siderakis
John Siderakis, most recently the assistant vice president for human resources at State University of New York (SUNY) Downstate Health Sciences University, will be responsible for strategic initiatives including compensation and benefits, recruitment and training, employee recognition, and labor and employee relations. With more than 20 years of expertise, John is best known for his strategic transformation of transactional-based human resources operations into true strategic partnerships between the communities served by HR.
Bobbie and John join Adelphi at a pivotal time of change and growth as we prepare to embark on our next chapter, Momentum 2.
