Kyle Smith hails from Orinda, California. Growing up, Kyle had three passions: acting, writing and Water Polo. He pursued all until his junior year of high school at which point Kyle, after being on the winning Junior Olympic team, gave up water polo to pursue acting full time. He decided to cultivate his acting at Adelphi University where he discovered his passion for performing in contemporary plays. Concurrent to his acting, Kyle spent his time as an English minor, with a focus in playwriting. Kyle then discovered another passion in Stage Combat his junior year, getting SAFD passes in the unarmed, single sword, small sword and broadsword disciplines. He intends to try to break into the contemporary theatre scene as well as work in commercials, film and television.
