In what seemed like the first “normal" fall season for Adelphi University Athletics since the COVID-19 pandemic started, the Panthers returned to their winning ways, with plenty of accomplishments across all eight sports.
Both the men’s and women’s soccer teams, along with volleyball and field hockey, each returned to their respective NCAA tournaments, with field hockey picking up the program’s first Northeast-10 Conference title in its history. The cross-country program hosted the East Region Championship before sending an individual member of the team to the National Championship, hosted as part of the Division II Festival in Seattle, Washington. With four runner-up trophies and one team title, the department sits second in the standings for the NE10 Presidents’ Cup, an honor the Panthers have won four times since joining the league in 2009.
