IBM recruitment events have become a common occurrence on the Adelphi campus and Robert B. Willumstad School of Business students haven’t failed to notice. Of the five students hired during IBM’s recruitment event in late 2014, three were business majors: Dhimitra Papadhimitri, senior earning a B.B.A. in Management; Dan Zider, senior earning a B.S. in Finance; and Elaine Schwartz ’13, earning an M.B.A. in Management.
The two-day recruitment process first introduces participants to the positions they’re applying for, via an information session, followed by a day of interviews, including one case study.
The event has given countless students the opportunity to train, prepare and experience the actual interview process, while still others have been offered the chance to begin their careers among a world-class company, working for world-class clients.
