Adelphi University has a new partnership with Wiley University Services to develop and launch six online programs over the next two academic years.
The new online programs scheduled to launch in Fall 2022 include a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies, a Bachelor of Science in Business, and an accelerated Master of Business Administration. A Master of Public Health will launch in Spring 2023. In Fall 2023, additional programs will include a Master of Science in Adult Gerontology Nurse Practitioner and a Master of Science in Computer Science.
“I’m proud of our academic community for working quickly to expand online offerings to serve students looking for high-quality and cost-effective programs,” said Kristen Capezza, MBA ’12, vice president of enrollment management and University communications, “particularly as we strive to meet the demand for flexibility that we are seeing from students continuing their education in a post-pandemic world.”
Wiley partners with higher education institutions to deliver online degree programs that help students earn their desired degree, advance their skills and reach their career goals. The company’s recent University Partnership report found that Wiley-powered programs are, on average, more affordable than comparable online programs, generate strong student outcomes as measured by graduation and retention rates and perform well in terms of learner and faculty satisfaction.
“We’re proud to partner with Adelphi on the launch of several new online programs that will offer students an impactful learning experience designed to bridge education to career,” said Todd Zipper, executive vice president and general manager of Wiley University Services and Talent Development.
With Adelphi, Wiley will provide services that focus on student success. These bundled services will touch the student through their journey, including marketing and recruitment, retention and student support, while also providing technology support and course design services to the University.
