For the third year, members of the Adelphi community have the opportunity to experience what guests have called a transformational experience when they attend the Oxfam Hunger Banquet.

High school students from across Long Island attended the Human Rights Awareness Conference at Adelphi on Thursday, January 31. The goal of the 33rd annual conference was to promote human decency, respect and sensitivity for people of all races, religions, cultures, ages and genders.

Wensley Bynoe, a senior in Adelphi's Levermore Global Scholars (LGS) program, is one of those students whose internship led to a greater desire to help those who need it.
