CIO Listening Tour
Boyle held interviews with many faculty, staff and students to discuss the current state of technology and what we would like to see in our future. By conducting this tour, she was able to learn individual goals and priorities, while also learning about some shortcomings in our services. The biggest takeaways were that we needed to improve our Intake Process and our Service Model Structure. This valuable information was crucial in our decision making, and allows us to revamp our structure and build toward a more promising future for you.
