Application for IDEATE Fellowship in Behavioral Healthcare

All Fellowship recipients will be required available for placement hours based on agency/preceptor availability and requirements. This means having availability between 9am-8pm during weekdays. Please indicate your understanding of this requirement.

All Fellowship recipients will be required to attend interdisciplinary seminars and practice simulations throughout the academic year, in addition to required hours for the on-site practicum/clinical placement. These will be held online and in the evening 1-2 times per month. Please indicate your understanding of this requirement and willingness to attend required seminars and simulations as scheduled.

All Fellowship recipients will be required to participate in evaluation assessments, surveys, and focus groups while in the training program as well as after graduation. This includes sharing post-graduation contact and employment information.
