Discrimination, Harassment and Title IX (DHT) in the Workplace Training

Mandatory training for all Adelphi employees. This training explores discrimination in the workplace; based upon gender and other protected classes.

Diversity Certificate

The Diversity Certificate Program is designed to promote a positive, respectful workplace and learning space by addressing diversity, equity, and inclusion. Open to all faculty and staff.

Diversity Certificate 2.0

DCP 2.0 is designed to be a follow-up for those who have completed the AU Diversity Certificate Program. The focus of DCP 2.0 will be to equip participants across different levels of the university to respond when they notice discrimination, harassment, bullying, and other forms of aggression on campus, and engage in behaviors that promote a climate that is open to diversity, equity and inclusion.

Keys to Well-Being Certificate

This program is focused around four keys to well-being (physical, emotional, financial and social well-being), and consists of self-directed online learning content, and a 10-week group nutrition and health coaching program, designed to give employees the tools, resources, and support to take action towards reaching their wellness goals.

Leadership and Management Certificate

This is a series of professional development workshops for managers and supervisors at Adelphi University.

Service Excellence Certificate

This certificate program, open to faculty and staff, is designed to help strengthen and heighten Adelphi’s culture of service by honing leadership and service skills.

Technology Competency Certificate

This is a self-directed online learning program designed for Local 153 employees and other administrative professionals at Adelphi University. This program offers instruction on computer skills and competencies various programs and applications.

Lean Sigma Academy

Lean Sigma 1.0

This program at Adelphi University is broken down into three components: Lean Education for University Leadership, Lean Awareness, and Lean Awareness II.
