When Adelphi is on Break

Intersession at Adelphi University runs from December 19, 2024 to January 22, 2025.

If you’re staying on campus while the University is on break, we want to make sure you have helpful information at your fingertips.

If you intend to stay for Winter Intersession you will need to apply for winter housing and be confirmed by the Office of Residential Life and Housing. There is a daily fee for remaining in the residence halls during the Winter Intersession.

Getting to the city from campus is easy! There are two Long Island Railroad stations about a mile from campus, and a round-trip train to and from Midtown Manhattan is less than $20. See if the Panther Shuttle is running.
