Join us for a Mindfulness Meditation & Relaxation Session led by mindfulness expert Michael Hoffner. 

This guided deep relaxation meditation will incorporate essential oils to create a calming atmosphere, helping you unwind and recharge. Yoga mats and cushions will be provided, though attendees are welcome to bring their own if they prefer. The session is designed to help participants relax, rest, and cultivate a peaceful energy.
