The workshop will help participants explore issues, behaviors and practices of white privilege through techniques utilizing non‐judgmental approaches to anti‐racism and intercultural competence, particularly in the workplace.
This workshop is offered as part of the Adelphi University Diversity Certificate program for faculty and staff.

Prerequisites: Diversity and Cultural Competence in Higher Education and Addressing Racism
