About the Presenter:
Cindy Donnelly is a high-impact global Human Resources executive with over 35 years of experience. She has been both the senior-most HR Executive and the Head of Organization Effectiveness, Transformation, and Culture Change at Fortune 500 Companies such as Home Depot, Cigna and State Street Bank, as well as CHRO at Columbia University and most recently Adelphi University. She is a certified Senn Delaney Leadership Culture-Shaping facilitator and has a Master’s Degree from Columbia University in Organization Psychology, specializing in Organization Change. She is also a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).
