In this Leadership Certificate Program workshop, Dr. Juan Jaramillo will discuss the implications of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence in today’s decision-making process. He will also discuss the ethical and social implications of these emerging technologies and its internal and external impact on organizations.

Dr. Jaramillo, associate professor of Decision Sciences and Marketing at the Robert B. Willumstad School of Business, teaches several courses in the Master’s of Science in Business Analytics program and serves as the Academic Director of this program. He analyzes the standardization of the shipping container, international collaboration, and the impact of machine learning on business decisions in his latest research.
In order to complete the Leadership Certificate Program, students must complete 6 workshops in total over the Fall and Spring semester, in addition to completing 2 trainings (C.O.R.E and SafeZone).
