Michael L. Graziano

Michael L. Graziano is a former Managing Director with BNP Paribas in New York City where he was responsible for regulatory compliance matters pertaining to the US-based wholesale banking and securities services operations. In this role, he led a team of Compliance professionals who provided direct advisory support to the US Corporate Banking group, Securities Services group and to the New York Treasury function. In addition, he coordinated the Compliance-related activities of the BNP Paribas Branch and Agency network which included offices in Chicago, Dallas, Grand Cayman, Los Angeles and San Francisco. Prior to joining BNP Paribas, Mike held various senior Compliance positions with Citibank, The Royal Bank of Scotland and China Construction Bank. He received his BA from Adelphi University and his MBA from Fordham University. He has recently been engaged in various pro-bono activities with local educational institutions, including guest lectures to business students and panel discussions with student veterans focusing on transitioning to the civilian workforce. A former naval officer, Mike served at sea in destroyers assigned to both the US Atlantic Fleet and the US Sixth Fleet.
