We will reflect on our experiences and the significance of June 19, 1865 with a rich program featuring guest speaker, Maurice Brian Henderson, ’83, Phd and poet, Neal Hall, MD.
We welcome you to recognize Juneteenth with the Center for African, Black and Caribbean Studies and the Office of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion on Monday June 20 beginning at 3pm. Join us for a hybrid event in the University Center (UC Rooms 113-115). Enjoy a delicious BBQ while watching the film, Miss Juneteenth.
