This workshop is a facilitated conversation about generational differences of opinions, skills, values, attitudes and beliefs. The ‘generation gap’ can have a huge impact on the workplace.
Employees who are from different generations often have formative experiences that are so dramatically different from one another’s that they may have trouble understanding other points of view and values. Attendees to this conference must represent all ages for the session to be effective. You must be comfortable self-identifying and talking about your generation.
