Daily small acts of self-care can help reduce stress, improve overall mental health and boost energy levels.

Join us at any of the following 20-minute wellness stations: chair massage, seated yoga and stretching, guided mindful meditation, breathwork exercises, and healthy snacking.

Daily small acts of self-care can benefit your overall health by reducing stress, improving overall mental health and boosting energy levels. Working with a certified yoga instructor, in a group setting, learn and experience the benefits of different self-care modalities at these 20-minute stations:

  • Chair Yoga & Stretching Station: Learn and practice chair yoga poses and exercises that can be done at your desk anytime you need a break.
  • Guided Mindful Meditation Station: Learn the benefits of meditation and experience a mindful meditation session, aimed to cultivate a sense of peace and well-being.
  • Breathwork Exercises Station: When you find yourself in a difficult moment, oftentimes the best thing to do is just breathe! The way you breathe affects your whole body, practice different breathing exercises to help relax, reduce tension, and relieve stress.

Additionally, a Chair Massage Station will be available, offering 20-minute sessions with a licensed massage therapist who will target and relieve any knots and tightness, helping you feel more relaxed and focused to perform your best.

Visit our Healthy Snacking Station to sample different healthy high energy snacks, and meet with a certified health coach who will share the recipes and answer your questions.
