The Department of Music’s Orchestra returns with an evening of classical and contemporary music.

Join the Adelphi Orchestra, under the baton of newly appointed conductor Derek Weagle, for an enchanting evening of classical music. The program features Grieg’s evocative “Peer Gynt,” capturing the lush landscapes and folklore of Norway. Experience the soulful and tender melodies of Florence Price’s “Adoration,” a piece that beautifully blends African-American spirituals with classical traditions. And hear Sibelius’ “Andante Festivo,” a work of profound serenity and uplifting spirit.

This event will also be livestreamed for those unable to attend in person.
