November 14th through the 20th is Transgender Awareness Week with November 20th marking Transgender Day of Remembrance (TDOR). 

TDOR is a day where we gather in community to honor transgender, nonbinary, and gender nonconforming community members who were lost to acts of violence and hatred. We celebrate TDOR to give the Adelphi Community a chance to gather and pay their respects.
