In order to be considered for the PhD in Nursing program, you must have an MS from an accredited nursing program—Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) or National League for Nursing Accrediting Commission (NLNAC) approved—and be licensed as a registered nurse (RN) in New York state.
