The Nassau BOCES Special Education Department is hiring teacher aides for its 2025 Summer Extended Year Program. 

We have a summer employment opportunity for you. You can make money and still have time in the early afternoon to hit the beach next summer. Secure your summer job early! 

The Nassau BOCES Special Education Department is now hiring teacher aides for its 2025 Summer Extended Year Program. We have multiple job openings across several locations in Nassau County. No formal teaching certifications are required to be a teacher aide. 

Staff will attend a one-day summer program orientation on July 1, 2025. Classes begin July 7, 2025 through August 15, 2025.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years of age by June 2025
  • High School Graduation by June 2025
