Adult Fitness Program
Our Adult Fitness Program offers nutrition counseling and personalized exercise routines that can guide adults and seniors toward a healthier lifestyle.
A team that includes exercise physiologists and staff members certified by the American College of Sports Medicine performs comprehensive fitness evaluations and develops individualized programs. Participants are motivated to achieve their fitness goals as they learn how to exercise properly, efficiently and safely.
Adult Fitness Membership
Memberships are available on a limited basis to University faculty, staff, students, and other adults in neighboring communities. All participants must be over the age of 18. Entry into the program is contingent upon the approval of the individual’s personal physician. A physician’s clearance form must be submitted in order to participate in the exercise program.

Rates are subject to change. The yearly fees must be paid in full as indicated and all fees are due at the start of the enrollment period.

How to Join the Adult Fitness Program
To join the Adelphi University Adult Fitness Program, follow these steps:

All sessions meet for one hour at the following times. The schedule is subject to change and closures are generally in accordance with the University’s Administrative Calendar.
