Leading in Community’s Champions Circle
Leading in Community would not be possible without the generous support of the Long Island Community Foundation, our Leading in Community Alumni, and the nonprofit organizations throughout our region.
In recognition of our gratitude to the organizations that have supported the professional and personal growth of their employees by sponsoring the participation of two or more participants in the Leading in Community program, The Center for Nonprofit Leadership has established “LIC’s Champions Circle!”
These organizations and their leaders’ steadfast dedication to the promotion, retention, and invaluable leadership of persons of color within their organizations speaks volumes and their continued response to the LIC program’s call to action is shaping the nonprofit landscape in the Long Island, New York City, and Hudson Valley regions into one that is more racially equitable, community engaged, and impactful.
