Willumstad Leadership Scholars Program
A highly selective leadership program that will give top students a winning edge. The Willumstad Leadership Scholars Program will offer seniors two semesters of business-specific experiential learning to prepare them to take the lead in public- and private-sector careers.
The program provides opportunities for the students to work as a team under the guidance of a faculty member on a real project for Adelphi. In the fall semester, students participate in leadership development opportunities and identify their team project in consultation with executive leadership from the university. During the spring semester, most of the students’ efforts are on their team project, which is an “initiative for Adelphi”.
