Executive Fellows Program
Program Overview
The Executive Fellows Program at Adelphi University is designed to engage and leverage the expertise of accomplished alumni and industry leaders in mentoring and guiding current students in the Leadership Fellows Program. The program aims to create a bridge between the academic and professional worlds, enriching the University experience for both students and alumni through strategic collaboration and shared knowledge.

Executive Fellows Will:

Provide guidance and mentorship to the Leadership Fellows, a selective program comprised of 20 of Adelphi’s most accomplished students.

Serve as guest lecturer on topic(s) pertaining to their expertise, such as leadership, industry trends and career advice.

Serve as mentors, guiding students through their leadership journeys, offering career advice and facilitating professional connections.

Assist with internship opportunities for program participants.

Provide feedback and guidance on the Executive Fellows and Leadership Fellows programs, helping Adelphi build programs that have extraordinary impact on our students and community.
Program Commitment
Executive Fellows are asked to commit one academic year to the program, and the time commitment will be tailored to the availability of each Fellow. Most will attend campus a minimum of one time per year, participate in virtual check-in meetings and mentor one-two students. There may be an annual retreat and/or a capstone event in which students share their final projects.
