Current or incoming Adelphi students may use the links below to request academic and/or housing accommodations related to a disability. Completed request forms must be accompanied by appropriate supporting documentation.

Requests are reviewed in the order that they are received, and on a case-by-case basis. Should you wish to meet with a Student Access Office staff member to discuss your needs or learn more about the process, please email sao@adelphi.edu to schedule a meeting.
