NYS Liberty Partnership Program (LPP)
The Liberty Partnerships Program (LPP) provides services to meet the academic, social, emotional, and career needs of struggling students by providing meaningful and enjoyable programming.
This programming engages students more fully in their education so they can graduate from high school with post-secondary plans.
Eligibility for the Liberty Partnership Program
Liberty Partnership Program (LPP) serves students all over New York State.
Students must be:
- Enrolled in Grades 6-12
- Email etse@adelphi.edu with your full name, school and grade level to see if you are eligible.

Liberty Partnerships Programs offer comprehensive pre-collegiate/dropout prevention programs and services to youth in Urban, Rural and Suburban communities of Western New York, Finger Lakes, Central New York, Southern Tier, North Country, Mohawk Valley, Capital District, Mid-Hudson Valley, NYC and Long Island
- 96% of LPP students in grades of 5 and 11 advanced to the next grade level in 2017-18.
- 94% of the LPP High School seniors graduated high school.
- 94% of graduating seniors plan to attend college.

- improved Regents exam scores
