Financial Aid
You can afford an intersession course.
Undergraduate students paying flat-rate spring tuition may apply intersession credits to their flat-rate. If the credit load exceeds 17 credits, the per/credit rate will apply for additional credits. Part-time students would continue to pay at the per/credit rate. Students for whom credits accumulated in the combined intersession/spring semester sessions result in increased eligibility may apply for financial aid for that semester. Study abroad credits are exempt from this formula—all study abroad credits are billed at the per credit rate and additional experience-specific fees apply. In addition, undergraduate students taking courses for graduate credit will pay the per credit rate for all credits earned in an intersession course.
Graduate students or undergraduate students taking courses for graduate credit will pay the per credit rate for all credits earned in an intersession course.
All relevant University fees will apply to intersession offerings. Please review the University Tuition and Fees for a more detailed explanation.
