Thriving on Campus
Event Actions
As a part of our Black History Month programming, the Multicultural Center and the Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging invite the Adelphi community to join us for our 3rd annual Thriving on Campus forum.
This event will feature a panel of Black and African American faculty and staff from our community speaking on their experiences and perspectives on Blackness in higher education. This year’s thriving on campus panel will focus on Blackness in curriculum. How are the works, contributions, and experiences of Black individuals, groups, and cultures, integrated into higher education curricula, and what are the impacts and roles of those moments of representation for Black students as well as students of other races and society in general.
Lunch will be provided to attendees on a first come, first served basis.
