Keynote Speaker

Strategic Communications Specialist | Advocate for Women’s Wellness & Empowerment

Valencia Saint-Louis

Valencia Saint-Louis ’20 is a visionary leader committed to empowering others, forging meaningful connections, and helping individuals access resources for healthier, more fulfilling lives.

While pursuing her B.A. in Communications at Adelphi, Valencia made her mark by championing leadership and community. She served as a Peer Assistant Leader, guiding first-year students through their transition to college, and was an active member of the Student Alumni Council. She also established Adelphi’s chapter of Her Campus Media, a national organization and online magazine that inspires and caters to college women.

After graduating, Valencia co-founded The F.E.E.L. (Finding Empowerment Embracing Layers) Podcast with her Adelphi mentor, Melissa Crook. The podcast’s mission focuses on helping women embrace authenticity, live unapologetically, and prioritize their well-being. The podcast has grown into a powerful platform with over 100 episodes, a small staff, and a published book of reflections. Valencia’s work with the podcast as the original editor and producer for the platform helped lay the foundation for its success.

Valencia’s professional journey has spanned nonprofit leadership, community engagement, and women’s wellness. She has over five years of experience designing impactful programs, from STEM initiatives for underserved youth to leadership development opportunities for young professionals. Her dedication has shone through in roles with organizations like I Am Acceptance, Morrison Mentors, and Girl Scouts of Nassau County.

Beyond her media and nonprofit work, Valencia Saint-Louis is a certified women’s wellness coach. She founded her business, Flow in Sync LLC, to help women improve their menstrual health and adopt holistic, balanced lifestyles.
