Participants will discover how international students experience and interpret the balance between free speech and respect in an academic environment in this eye-opening Freedom of Expression Week event.

For a global viewpoint on how freedom of expression is perceived across different cultures, Adelphi’s international students will share their perspectives on free speech in America’s university setting during this panel, led by Sarah Eltabib, associate teaching professor.

This event is part of Adelphi University’s Freedom of Expression Week Symposium, hosted by the Student Government Association (SGA), and the Division of Student Affairs, in collaboration with The Foundation for Individual Rights and Expression (FIRE) and Voices for Liberty.
