Get ready for some smashing fun at our annual Physics Club event, the Pumpkin Drop! Join us for a thrilling and educational experience where physics meets fall festivities. Students will use their creativity and physics knowledge to predict the path the pumpkin will follow based on initial throwing conditions and then drop their pumpkins from a significant height. Watch as pumpkins are dropped from varying heights and learn about concepts like impact force, momentum, and energy absorption in a fun, hands-on environment. Come for the science, stay for the splatter—don’t miss this explosive combination of learning and fall fun!
