Alice M. Burno, Global Head of PM Governance and Capabilities, Citi
Alice Burno has more than13 years career at Citi where she is the Global Head of Program Management Governance and Capabilities. At Citi, Alice oversees the enterprise-wide Project Management Policy, Standards, and Procedures. Over the last 30 years, Alice has spearheaded many large-scale transformation programs at global organizations including Avon Products, Merrill Lynch, Bank of New York, Columbia Univerity and Con Edison. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Pace University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Columbia University.
Holly Benner, ACC, METTA
Holly is a certified accredited coach through the International Coaching Federation (ICF). She is currently ACC in Metta Performance, LLC. In her role, Holly delivers high-impact coaching for young professionals focused on career growth, emerging leaders to navigate change and build confidence, and experienced professionals to hone leadership capabilities. She received her training in Leadership and Performance Coaching from Brown University. She holds a Master of Science in Industrial Organizational Psychology from Clemson University.
Theresa Lally, Executive Vice President Property Broker at AmWINS
Theresa Lally is the Executive Vice President for Amwins Brokerage in New York. In her role, she is responsible for the production and placement of wholesale property business within the New York office. Her focus includes challenging classes such as loss-sensitive business, commercial real estate, and distressed properties. Prior to her current position, she was a Senior Vice President at Marsh New York from 1987 to 2002. Theresa earned her Bachelor of Science in Political Science and Business from Stony Brook University and a Master of Science in Management Science, also from Stony Brook University.
