A workshop designed to help students of any year learn how to manage the stress that comes with college life.

The transition to college can be challenging, and many students may find themselves struggling to cope with the stress it brings. Learning how to manage the new expectations, responsibilities, and relationships that college introduces can be a daunting task. Some students may even find themselves questioning parts of their identity or values once they enter college. This workshop will help students learn how to navigate this new chapter, as well as develop the tools that will allow this challenging era to become one of personal transformation and growth. Students of all years are welcome to attend.
