Take some time out of your busy day to rest your mind and body by joining a mindfulness breathing session. 

The focus of this session will be to restore your sense of calm by bringing attention to your breath. This act of self-care is open to all Adelphi Hudson Valley Center faculty, staff and students. No experience necessary, all are welcome. Light refreshments will be served.
