Through spiritual and faith-based practices and traditions we can cultivate peace, and serenity, find comfort in our anxiety or depression, and help make sense of our place in the world. Spirituality can remind us of our intrinsic worth and help us feel a deep sense of belonging.
Join the Interfaith Center for a month-long series that will explore teachings and practices to help us integrate our spirituality and our journey toward well-being.
