We’re also excited to engage with our non-union staff to find out about how we can support you.
In 2021, Adelphi University established the Staff Council to advance the interests of full-time, part-time, exempt and nonexempt non-union staff members and to provide professional development opportunities.
We are excited to be in our third year and welcomed seven new members this past August. Over the past few months, the Staff Council has been working on updating our structure to better support staff at the University, and we encourage you to read our updated bylaws.
The council plans to share new initiatives with Executive Leadership to improve the experience for all our non-union staff. But we can’t do this without you and your recommendations! So, “Help Us Help You” by stopping by, even for a few minutes, to share your ideas and thoughts.
