Understanding Jewish Identity and Antisemitism
Event Actions
The Office of Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging is excited to offer events for faculty and staff that aim to help enrich our cross-cultural and religious understanding and enhance the sense of belonging and connectedness across Adelphi.
This interactive and collaborative virtual event for faculty and staff will have time for sharing and possible break-out sessions to facilitate meaningful small-group dialogue.
In response to the rising number of antisemitic incidents in the United States, higher education leaders are actively engaging with the complexities of Jewish identity, inclusion, and antisemitism within their academic communities. This session will provide valuable information, tools, and strategies to assist in understanding Jewish Identity, culture, and antisemitism to foster a welcoming environment for Jewish students and all campus community members.
