This workshop will focus on strengthening the ability to effectively motivate and retain staff.
We will discuss elements of employee motivation, recognition, and accountability. An emphasis is on employee engagement, developing trust with each employee, and getting them to feel like what they do matters and is connected to the organization’s mission and values.
